you have a FedEx or UPS tracking number please send us the number so
to that we can track receipt of your order.
Once the order is received, we will send you a
confirmation email as well as the estimated time for completion of your
order.
You will receive an email with sample images
(reduced in size for email) so that you can preview what will be sent to
you. If you have any questions at that time, let us know as well.
When the order is completed, we will send an
email with a PayPal link for secure online payment. Once we receive the
payment confirmation from PayPal, we will ship your order to you via FedEx
Ground (FedEx Home delivery for residential addresses). At this time,
we will also provide you the tracking number for your shipment.
Refunds: We do not give refunds for our
work. Simple reason for this....
